Running the Program, Day by Day
Arrival day
Attendees land across the whole day at both airports. We flight-track and move them as they arrive — sedans and SUVs for individuals, Sprinters when arrivals cluster, and meet-and-greet inside the terminal for VIPs and international guests. See airport transportation.
Show days
Morning loops from each hotel block to the hall, staggered so vehicles aren’t all arriving in the same ten minutes, and return loops at close. Executives who leave the floor for meetings are better served by an hourly hold than by individual rides — see hourly chauffeur service.
Evenings
