Hi, everything went great. Mabrouk sent messages so when I landed I knew he was there. He parked right by the door so we didn’t have to go outside any earlier than we needed too. It sounds odd, but I almost felt like I was being met by family at the airport! The team made what was a difficult 24 hour period much easier at the end once I finally arrived in Chicago. Momo, our driver was excellent..very thoughtful and helpful! When we landed at Ohare there was already a text from him indicating that he was at the airport and ready to meet us when we had our luggage. He helped my husband get in and out of the car… helped him up the steps to our front door and then brought the luggage to us.

I was picked up when I got back from Chicago and was picked up at PHX Sky Harbor airport. Me and my wife called different limo companies and we were starting to think maybe there isn’t anything that would fill our needs. Then we saw royal limo services and we were pleased with everything they done for us. Got us from point A to B and it was all smooth. Great driver great communication. Said it would be 1 hour before the driver showed up but was there a lot earlier. I recommend using them due to their hospitality and integrity and warm welcome when we got aboard.

I’m not sure how this company has all 5 stars and we received the service we received. My boyfriend hired them to drive me to my birthday surprise in Kohler, Wisconsin. A long distance from Chicago and they’re one of the only companies that would go that far. He ordered a Lincoln town car. What they sent was a party bus sprinter van for one person. In theory, sounds kind of fun, except it made the 2.5 hour drive the most insanely bumpy ride, I couldn’t even keep a water bottle in the cup holder, it kept getting thrown out by the bumps. I couldn’t read or do much but I made the best of it. They said they sent that due to potentially being late, but didn’t call to give us a heads up beforehand. when I arrived at the destination for the hotel, my driver dropped me off at the building next door, which was well beyond the massive marked gate labeled “entrance” at the main building of the hotel. I had to walk my luggage out in the cold through the main entrance where cars drive up. My boyfriend called to complain and they said they would provide a discount, cause let me tell yall it was NOT CHEAP. Then when I got picked up for my drive back after my stay. Again, my driver was at the very obvious non-entrance area and luckily I found her and directed her on where to meet me so I could get my luggage. The town car was over perfumed with air fresheners hanging everywhere. Luckily my nose adjusted but it was intense. But there was also trash in the very back seat, like caps from spray bottles. Maybe they sprayed the car too. The drive back was fine, until my driver started texting dealing with work issues and calling on speaker phone & when we got to my home, she didn’t put my luggage on the curb she just kind of set it next to me. Which is fine if it’s an uber. But this service cost my boyfriend a pretty penny. AND they overcharged him $500 and have been continuously dodging returning his call or giving him a timeline when he can expect that to be handled. Hands down worse livery experience ever. Will not be recommending to any of our business friends or friends that require this type of service. Yall need to do better and train in hospitality.

They said they sent that due to potentially being late, but didn’t call to give us a heads up beforehand. when I arrived at the destination for the hotel, my driver dropped me off at the building next door, which was well beyond the massive marked gate labeled “entrance” at the main building of the hotel. I had to walk my luggage out in the cold through the main entrance where cars drive up. My boyfriend called to complain and they said they would provide a discount, cause let me tell yall it was NOT CHEAP. Then when I got picked up for my drive back after my stay. Again, my driver was at the very obvious non-entrance area and luckily I found her and directed her on where to meet me so I could get my luggage. The town car was over perfumed with air fresheners hanging everywhere. Luckily my nose adjusted but it was intense. But there was also trash in the very back seat, like caps from spray bottles. Maybe they sprayed the car too. The drive back was fine, until my driver started texting dealing with work issues and calling on speaker phone & when we got to my home, she didn’t put my luggage on the curb she just kind of set it next to me. Which is fine if it’s an uber. But this service cost my boyfriend a pretty penny. AND they overcharged him $500 and have been continuously dodging returning his call or giving him a timeline when he can expect that to be handled. Hands down worse livery experience ever. Will not be recommending to any of our business friends or friends that require this type of service. Yall need to do better and train in hospitality.

Also The shuttles taking the guests from the hotel to the church, venue, and back to hotel were comfortable and arrived everywhere on schedule. Moe at the company was instrumental in helping us know what we needed for the number of guests we had. We also used their Sprinter van for the wedding party and a getaway car (with red carpet) for the bride and groom. I highly recommend them.
