- You send the manifest — names, cell numbers, airlines, flight numbers, arrival airport, hotel, and bag counts
- We build the wave plan — flights landing within a similar window share a Sprinter, sized by passengers and luggage
- You approve it — with the vehicle count, timing and cost laid out before anyone flies
- We track every flight on arrival day and reshuffle waves as schedules change
- Attendees are met at an agreed point with a name sign and helped with luggage
- Each wave goes direct to the hotel or the convention venue
- You get live updates as each wave is picked up and dropped off
- Departure day runs in reverse — waves timed backward from each flight, with buffer for security lines
