Meet and greet service means your chauffeur waits for you inside the terminal near baggage claim, holding a sign with your name, rather than waiting outside at the curb. Whether it’s included by default or offered as an add-on depends on the provider — it’s one of the most important details to confirm when booking.
The experience of being met inside versus having to find curbside pickup yourself is very different, especially after a long or delayed flight. Our meet and greet service is standard with Royal Limo Services bookings, not an afterthought.
Meet and greet is particularly valuable for first-time visitors to Chicago, international travelers who’ve just cleared customs at Terminal 5, passengers with significant luggage, elderly or mobility-limited travelers, and VIP or executive arrivals where a polished, seamless pickup matters.
At O’Hare specifically, the terminals are spread across a large footprint with separate roadways, which means a driver waiting at the wrong location — or a passenger unsure where to go — can easily add unnecessary stress and time to what should be a smooth arrival. With meet and greet, your professional chauffeur handles the coordination so you walk out of baggage claim and straight to your vehicle, every time. See our full O’Hare limo service page for more on how we handle airport pickups.
