Terms & Conditions of Service

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal and binding agreement between the client (“Customer”) and Royal Limo Services (RLS) governing all transportation services provided by RLS.
By confirming a reservation, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms below.
1. Unscheduled Wait Time (Point-to-Point & Airport Transfers)
15 minutes of complimentary wait time is included for all point-to-point trips and trips to the airport.
After 15 minutes, wait time is billed at the applicable hourly rate.
At 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time, the chauffeur may leave if scheduling requires.
The reservation will then be classified as a No-Show, and charges will apply.
2. Wait Time Rates (After Complimentary Period)
Standard Sedan: $95/hour
Premium Sedan: $150/hour
Standard SUV: $115/hour
Luxury SUV: $135/hour
Sprinter / Transit: $225/hour
Billing begins immediately after the complimentary wait period expires.
3. Airport Wait Time Policy
Trips TO the Airport
Includes 15 minutes complimentary wait time.
Wait time begins at the scheduled pickup time.
Trips FROM the Airport
Domestic Arrivals: 1 hour complimentary wait time
International Arrivals: 1 hour complimentary wait time
Wait time begins at the aircraft gate arrival time.
Additional wait time is billed at the applicable hourly rate.
4. Additional & Unscheduled Stops
All additional or unscheduled stops require dispatch approval.
Stops are subject to chauffeur availability.
Unscheduled stops are billed at the hourly rate with a minimum charge of $25 per stop.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Royal Limo Services maintains the following refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness for both our clients and our operations.
A. Standard Vehicles (Sedans & SUVs)
Applies To:
Sedan
Standard SUV
Premium SUV
Premium Sedan
Cancellation & Refund Terms
Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to qualify for a refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
B. Special Vehicles & Event Reservations
Applies To (Including but not limited to):
Sprinter Vans & Sprinter Limos
Party Buses
Stretch Limousines
Rolls-Royce & Exotic Vehicles
Any luxury, premium, or special-event vehicle
Cancellation & Refund Terms
A minimum of 14 days (2 weeks) notice prior to the scheduled pickup or event date is required to qualify for a refund.
These vehicles are reserved exclusively for the client and removed from availability once booked.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled service date are 100% non-refundable, with no exceptions.
C. Flight Delays, Weather & Emergency Exceptions
Royal Limo Services understands that unexpected circumstances may occur.
100% Refund Eligibility (With Verification)
A full refund may be issued in cases involving:
Verified airline flight delays or cancellations more than 3 hours
Severe weather conditions affecting travel safety
Documented emergencies beyond the customer’s control
Refund eligibility is subject to verification and confirmation by Royal Limo Services.
Important Notice
Once a reservation is confirmed, Royal Limo Services schedules vehicles, chauffeurs, and logistics exclusively for that booking. Late cancellations result in unrecoverable operational costs and lost business opportunities.
6. No-Show Policy
A reservation is considered a No-Show if:
The passenger does not contact the chauffeur or dispatch within 15 minutes of scheduled pickup.
Airport pickups:
Domestic: No contact within 1 hour of gate arrival
International: No contact within 1 hour of gate arrival
No-Shows are charged the full reservation amount with no refund or credit.
7. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Fees
A minimum charge of $250, up to the full cost of damages, will be applied for:
Bodily fluids
Burns to carpet or seats
Food or beverage spills
Makeup stains
Torn or damaged upholstery
8. Credit Card Processing
Standard payments are processed within 24 hours after service.
Specialty vehicles may be charged up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled trip.
9. Alcohol, Smoking & Drug Policy
Alcohol consumption is permitted only in stretch limousines and only if all passengers are 21+.
Smoking, vaping, and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited.
A $250 cleaning fee applies to any violation.
10. Lost or Damaged Items
Royal Limo Services and its affiliates are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Return attempts are made at RLS’s discretion.
11. General Conditions
Vehicles may not exceed legal seating capacity.
Chauffeurs may terminate service without refund for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
RLS is not liable for delays caused by mechanical issues or circumstances beyond control.
Lost time may be refunded or credited at RLS’s discretion.
12. Vehicle Upgrades
RLS reserves the right to upgrade vehicle class at no additional cost due to availability.
Clients unable to ride in an SUV must notify RLS at the time of booking.
13. Affiliate Services
RLS may utilize qualified affiliate partners to fulfill transportation services when necessary.
14. Flight Monitoring
Flights are automatically monitored using the arrival flight number provided.
Clients are responsible for submitting the correct arrival flight number.
Missing or incorrect flight information may result in wait-time charges.
15. Long-Distance Cancellation Policy
All rides over 125 miles are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of pickup time.
16. Privacy & Confidentiality
All customer information and communications are confidential and protected under applicable law.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking with Royal Limo Services, the customer confirms acceptance of all Terms & Conditions listed above.
